Gordion’s Shepherds

The ancient city of Gordion, in the middle of Anatolia, the cradle of civilisations, has a historydating back to the 1200s BCE… For thousands of years its most abiding inhabitants have been shepherds and their herds… The shepherds of Gordion set out with the first light of dawn, just as their ancestors have been doing for millennia.
In the documentary, in which a routine that has not changed for thousands of years in and around the ancient city of Gordion is told, the story of the shepherds and their herds that have been seen around the ancient city for centuries is told.
